With two cards...

My second card used sketch #29 from the Artful Delight blog, and the recipe from the Favorite challenge over at Colorful Creations, mainly red from the challenge at Pause Dream Enjoy challenges.

AND NOW...A CARD THAT REALLY PACKS A PUNCH!

I just finished my card for this week's Paper Secrets CYAO challenge.  I was able to use so many different elements on this card that I am also entering it in Sugar Creek Hollow Challenge #46 use a lot of layers, Little Scrap Pieces Fun Friday Birthday challenge, Pause Dream Enjoy challenge #2 Desserts and Dilly Beans Metal Accents.

First for CYAO - we were to use this sketch

along with 3 of the following elements:

*canvas/linen *twine *heat embossing

*washi tape *chevrons  *wood 

I chose twine, heat embossing, washi tape and wood.  

The twine is wrapped around a wooden popsicle stick, the outer border is done with washi tape and the sentiment is heat embossed.

The card has a lot of layers for Sugar Creek, it's a birthday card for Little Scrap Pieces, the metal embellishment has a cake on it for Pause Dream Enjoy and there is a metal accent and a stamp for Dilly Beans.

MORE CHRISTMAS CREATIONS!

This morning I decided to work a bit on Christmas cards again.  I've got two for you to see now!  I drew inspiration from various sources.  My first creation uses a sketch from Willow Sketchie, a face for the challenge at Pause Dream Enjoy, and it has a lot of red for Moving Along with the Times.

My next card uses jewels (the word peace) for Alphabet Challenge and the sketch from My Time Made Easy.   Both cards were done totally with pieces from my scrap basket for Use It Tuesday.
