GETTIN' SKETCHY SOME MORE!

I am so excited to apply for a DT position over at the new sketch blog 'Let's Get Sketchy'.  For the challenge we were asked to make a layout using this great sketch:



For my submission I started by rotating the sketch 1/4 turn clockwise.  I took two sheets of cardstock and some great stencils and ink for my background sheets.  Then I took a sheet of patterned paper and cut it into a similar shape.  I inked my edges, matted my photo, added ribbon, some quilled flowers and a metal flower brad and my title...MY Sister, Mother, Self...and the date.  Here it is:
