BEAUTIFUL COUNTRYSIDE!

In order to post all my layouts I had to separate my posts as I used 2 sketches from
Scrapbook Challenges...

Here I used

And my layout-

and now...finally off to bed for me!

MORE FROM THE BEE!

In this post I am going to share 3 more pages from my April trip to Ohio Amish Country
for the Bee Happy Bee Scrappy Crop
with Robin's Scrap Nest!

The first uses an Overlay that I bought at the crop from Original Overlays

Isn't this ribbon adorable?

(YIKES!!!  a friend just pointed out my poor spelling! How did I miss that "H"?!
Must get that fixed ASAP!)

For my second layout I used
Scrapbook Challenges
Flashback Friday Sketch #303

and my layout -

 I am ENJOYING LIFE

Be yourself. EVERYONE ELSE IS TAKEN.

And my third layout uses The Memory Nest
Make It Monday #48

and a fun tag I created using a Julie Nutting doll and a
C-thru the Woods doll.

For some reason I thought there was a
pink & black doll challenge but I can't seem to figure out which site I had seen it on!

And now...off to bed!

Sweet Dreams to all!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

1963 that is.

Today I am going to share two Halloween layouts -
a blast from the past - 1963!

I started with Team A Week 3 Sketch from

I believe the name of the location was Van Ripers Farm, but there were two pumpkin patches close to each other and we used to visit both and as I was quite young I don't recall which one this was.

And the other was the costumes -

For this I started with Team B Week 4 Sketch from Let's Get Sketchy!

the little Dutch girl is me and the costume is actually from Holland and came with real wooden shoes, which I still have!  My best friend Santa is wearing the Cinderella costume as it looked back in 1963!

Happy Trick or Treating!

IT'S ANOTHER MINI!!! (plus a contest win!)

Today I was able to complete another mini I created as a gift for a friend.  These were photos from a graduation party I attended last May for a friend from Minnesota.  She was here attending University of Delaware but is now home in Minneapolis.

 Obviously Kiki's Dad!

 Steph, Kiki, Danielle

Eileen, Kiki

Adriane, Danielle

Eileen

Kiki's Aunt

Thomas, Lizzy

Kiki sending a kiss to her husband Carl

Isn't this a wonderful group shot?

The end!

I am going to share this in
challenge #207 Anything Goes.

And a share of a tag I created for a Thrifty Thursday contest on Addicted 2 Paper Dolls. It called for creating a tag with a doll stamp that featured a tv or movie character.  I chose the Nanny - Fran Dresher as over the years many people have told me that I have looked (and sounded) like her! And...I won!

How about that 'big' hair!
Lots of spray in those days!

Hope that you have enjoyed today's creations... well actually yesterdays...but there will be some today as I am going to visit my friend Maraline tonite.

IT'S A MINI!

Today I am here to share a mini-book I created for my last Pastor from photos of her going away party.  I can't wait to send it off to her!

This is the cover - which is actually a photo of the posterboard sized card I also created which was signed by the congregation.

This was the room all ready and waiting.

and Pastor with a few of the guests (the man on the right is my son's Biology teacher!)

 Two delicious cakes!

Pastor getting ready to cut the cakes!

Pastor and her husband with some of the gifts!

This special gift is a quilted panel of a cabin
at Lake Pecometh where they had both
gone as children.

Here are some of the youth group!
(my son is the one on the right)

and here - Pastor, Chuck and more of the youth!

and the youth goofing on her!

The end!

I hope you have enjoyed joining us at the party.  I am entering my mini over at
Word Art Wednesday in challenge #206.
