I started with sketch #114 over at Feeling Sketchy.
I had this great pack of 5x7 Kraft card bases so I started there and chose some papers that I thought would go well with that. When I decided to choose my sentiment I realized that the card had a nice masculine feel to it and would be perfect for my friend so then I went in search of my sentiment.
Here is the card -
I thought these epoxies would be great for my sentiments. I looked at the sketch again and realized they had a bow so I began searching my ribbon when out of my stash flew this cute little white feather. I felt this would make a cute accent instead of the bow.
Thanks so much for stopping by again to see my latest creations. I plan to work on something when I get home tonight (at least that is the plan...LOL!) as I have another get well card to send and an over abundance of photos to be scrapped.
Great card and so much texture on your card. Using the little feather was a great idea. Nice sentiment too Thanks for joining the Feeling Sketchy Blog challenge. ~ Michelle FS dt
